Are you detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and passionate about helping people? This role could be a perfect fit for you! We’re looking for Insolvency Analysts/Advisors to join our Financial Solutions team.

What You’ll Be Doing
We provide debt management solutions for people in Scotland and the UK who are struggling with financial difficulties. As an Insolvency Analyst/Advisor, you’ll help clients manage their finances and make sure they stay on track with their commitments.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Understand clients' financial situations and suggest the best solutions.
• Guide clients through their options, like adjusting payments or reviewing agreements.
• Stay in touch with clients through phone and email to offer advice and answer questions.
• Work with internal and external teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Make sure everything is up to date and completed on time.

No Experience in Finance?
No worries! We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Basic Requirements:

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or a Diploma (Finance, Law, Business, or related fields are a plus but not required).
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, customer service (Call Centers), will be a preference.
