Service Advisor - ABC Coach Works Ltd

We are searching for an energetic and experienced Service Advisor to join our body repair shop department. You will be responsible to act as a facilitator between the customer and the workshop in order to meet customer expectations and requests with regards to paint, repairs and vehicle body works.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

• SC/HSC holder  OR Certificate/Diploma in automobile mechanic or Body Repairs/Automotive Paint
• At least 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position or as a motor vehicle surveyor
• A valid car driving licence would be an advantage
• Ability to explain and interpret technical specifications of motor vehicles/paint works
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities

 Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Schedules and follow up appointments with regards to client vehicle repairs and paint works
• Perform daily reception of client’s vehicle
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers/Insurance Companies
• To achieve budgeted Body & Paint Sales, Intake targets and Customer Satisfaction level
• Follow up with client’s appointment
• Liaise with Body Shop Coordinator/Supervisor to ensure timely completion of work
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
