Your Responsibilities:


* Warm Welcome: Greet every customer and visitor with a friendly and professional approach, leaving a lasting positive impression of the company.


* Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our wide range of products and services.

* Sales Process: Ensure that every customer sales inquiry is handled efficiently through the right sales process, maximizing every opportunity.

* Professional Communication: Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.

* Accurate Record Keeping: Catalog customer concerns and comments, maintaining clear service records.

* Service Orders: Write service orders and accurately describe issues and necessary repairs.

* Technical Translation: Convert customer-reported issues into standard repair terminology, ensuring clear communication.

* Customer Education: Explain repairs and services in a way that is easy for customers to understand and make informed decisions.

* Cost and Time Estimates: Provide clear and accurate estimates for the time and cost of repairs, building trust with customers.

* Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

* Sales Driven: Ability to effectively promote, market, and "sell" services, creating new business opportunities and increasing customer loyalty.

* Customer Focused: You’re passionate about delivering excellent service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

* Team-Oriented: You work well as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

* Tech-Savvy: Solid literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to manage service requests efficiently.

* Financial Experience: Experience handling cash and managing financial transactions with accuracy.

* Proactive and Results-Driven: You approach every challenge with a positive, “can do” attitude and a drive to succeed.

* Keen to Grow: Willing to learn new skills and grow professionally within the company.

* Flexible and Adaptable: Able to handle varying demands and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


* Bilingual: Proficiency in both French and English is required.

* Driving License: A valid driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.

* Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
