Senior Site Manager

Transinvest is looking for a Senior Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Control of construction sites: administrative management, financial
• management, compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Provides support to Site Managers in managing relationships with all other staff on construction site.
• Validates the zero point and monitors its progress
• Supervises, motivates, trains Site Managers, and organizes
• production teams.
• Ensures compliance with contractual commitments.
• Acts as a source of proposals (variants)
• Guarantees the quality of works.

Level of contacts:

• Internal contacts: Human Resources Department, Administrative Department, Site Management (Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager), Engineering.
• External contacts: Client, Design Engineer, Inspection Agency, Health and Safety Coordinator, Technical Study Office, Suppliers,Subcontractors

Reporting Line: Centre Director

Qualifications and experience required:

• A Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering in building construction
• Several years of proven experience in the field recommended
• Scope of responsibility: Technical – Budgetary – Managerial – Contractual – Legal.

Versatile technical knowledge: Construction techniques (structural work and all trades): Execution methods for concrete structures (formwork, reinforcement, special foundations...), knowledge of concrete, specific equipment (formwork, scaffolding, shoring...), coordination of specialised subcontractors (foundations, waterproofing, excavation works), basic knowledge of roadworks, Resources planning, Knowledge of regulatory and environmental standards (DTU), Notions of geotechnics and

structures.

Essential technical and regulatory monitoring to stay informed about technical

innovations, new standards, and legislative changes.

General legal knowledge: Criminal risk, Public procurement code

(Dispute management, subcontracting market), Labor legislation.

Commercial skills: Relationships and negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Management knowledge: Management of claims memories, (CCAG, NFP, market code, Contract law, labor code), Financial Management, Management and Human Resources Management.

Proficiency in MS tools. (Excel, Project)
