Job Description
As a Senior Reinsurance Analyst, you will be part of the Broking Department at CG Re (Africa) Ltd and your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- To assist the Technical Manager and other team members in EOC, cover note and debit note review and issuance, as applicable;
- To produce draft / final reinsurance slips;
- To assist in procedural tasks relating to reinsurance broking;
- To work in full synchronization with the whole team of CG Re (Africa) Ltd in order to achieve the ambition and strategic objectives of CG Re (Africa) Ltd;
- To ensure that KPIs for EOC, cover note and debit note review and issuance are met across all departments and work towards achieving them within the next year;
- To perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned to you by Chief Executive Officer.
Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in the review of Contractual Documents in Insurance/Reinsurance Industry;
- Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Risk Management, CII, or any other related fields;
- Outgoing personality and team player;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
