About the Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Housekeeping Attendant to support our Housekeeping team at our two resorts in Mauritius. This role focuses on ensuring clients are always satisfied.

Your Role and Who You Are

We are looking for Senior Housekeeping Attendants to become an integral part of our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will:

• Actively participate in housekeeping tasks, including cleaning rooms and common areas.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are met.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with related departments such as maintenance and reception.
• Ensure effective communication to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively and resolve problems quickly.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. You should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
