Job purpose
The Senior Executive – Operations & Quality Management shall assist the Senior Manager in the implementation and measurement of Operational Excellence initiatives of the Company and ensure that the targets set for Operational Excellence are achieved. Furthermore, he shall assist in the enhancement of existing processes, checklists and policies pertaining to operational excellence as well as provide his support towards automatization and the use of AI tools. Lastly, he shall drive the file reviews of client entities.
Main responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of processes and checklists in line with the target operating model, the metrics for customer experience and quality of services and quality standards such as ISAE 3402;
- Assist in the training of staff to follow all the defined processes and/or deliver such trainings, upon request;
- Monitor, audit and ensure that processes are being adequately followed and there is continuous improvement;
- Assist in certifications such as ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001, when required;
- Assist in the successful completion of CX Survey and devising the Action Plan following each survey;
- Implement and monitor client interactions and take regular pulse survey of customer experience and quality of services;
- Provide assistance to the Senior Manager in the implementation of a culture of operational excellence;
- Responsible for the Middle Office File Reviews and remediation thereof;
- Assist in the mapping out, planning and managing of projects assigned by the CEO;
- Analyse and maintain operational data and produce dashboards for the Board and/or Audit Committee;
- Help in the development of improved business functionality enabling profit growth and client experience enhancement;
- Understand clients needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes;
- Conduct frequent performance evaluation by analysing and interpreting data and metrics;
- Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout the organisation;
- Contribute to innovation of the operating environment of the company and of new products and services;
- Prepare ManCo and MBR reports. Assist in preparation of ARC and Board reports.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor in Law, Management and Finance or any other relevant fields;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- A broad view in the global business sector;
- Previous working experience in the file review or compliance position;
- Be proficient in analyzing complex structures of AML/CFL;
- Analytic skill is a plus;
- Capacity to diligently follow the implemented process;
- Knowledge of data management and jurisdictions.
