Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement infrastructure services projects, with a focus on cloud solutions, networking, server implementations, and security initiatives;
- Provide technical guidance in system design, troubleshooting, and integration of cloud/on-premise services;
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to align project scope and objectives.
- Manage resources and conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability;
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while addressing risks and solving technical challenges;
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment in infrastructure services.
Profile
- Bachelor Degree in IT;
- Certifications in Azure, M365 and Fortinet would be an advantage;
- Holder of a valid Driving Licence;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in system administration in a domain environment;
- Sound knowledge of: Microsoft Windows Server Environment, Active Directory Services, Microsoft Entra ID, NetBackup and Security Solutions Suite, MS desktop products;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills;
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
- Showing flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedule outside regular business hours when required
