Our client in the insurance sector is recruiting a Senior Client Relations Officer – Health Department.

Manage and nurture key client and partner relationships, provide strategic insights (market analysis), and support operational efficiency within the department to drive long-term client satisfaction and business growth.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Contributing to the development of the portfolio and reaching set objectives.
  • Assist the Team Leader in organising the cluster’s operations.
  • Deliver educational presentations to insured members, providing clear information about health insurance products, benefits and services.
  • Prepare quotation, comparisons and power point presentations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in New Product design for Niche markets and for enhanced proposal in general.
  • Assist in the operational support of client contracts and related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and track performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Address client and business partners concerns and issues, providing proactive solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

 Qualifications

  • HSC Holder
  • Holder of a Degree in Business Administration, Communication or Marketing will be an advantage.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in client relations, business development, or a related field, preferably in the health insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client accounts and deliver strategic insights.
  • Experience in market analysis and operational support.
  • Ability to confidently deliver engaging and informative presentations to groups, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts in an easily understandable way.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead by example.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is essential for this role.
