Our client in the insurance sector is recruiting a Senior Client Relations Officer – Health Department.
Manage and nurture key client and partner relationships, provide strategic insights (market analysis), and support operational efficiency within the department to drive long-term client satisfaction and business growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contributing to the development of the portfolio and reaching set objectives.
- Assist the Team Leader in organising the cluster’s operations.
- Deliver educational presentations to insured members, providing clear information about health insurance products, benefits and services.
- Prepare quotation, comparisons and power point presentations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in New Product design for Niche markets and for enhanced proposal in general.
- Assist in the operational support of client contracts and related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and track performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Address client and business partners concerns and issues, providing proactive solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- HSC Holder
- Holder of a Degree in Business Administration, Communication or Marketing will be an advantage.
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in client relations, business development, or a related field, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and services is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex client accounts and deliver strategic insights.
- Experience in market analysis and operational support.
- Ability to confidently deliver engaging and informative presentations to groups, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts in an easily understandable way.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead by example.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driving license is essential for this role.
