We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Aftersales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent post-sale customer support, and administrative tasks such as invoicing and filing. This role requires someone who is adept at building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining organized records.
Sales and Business Development
Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Aftersales Support
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns post-purchase.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction and identify repeat or additional sales opportunities.
Customer Service & Communication
Provide dedicated customer support via social media platforms, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive brand image by offering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service.
Invoicing and Documentation
Prepare and issue invoices.
Track and reconcile sales orders, payments, and outstanding balances.
Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Filing and Record-Keeping
Create and maintain systematic filing systems for all sales-related documents.
Ensure that all client data, purchase orders, and delivery receipts are properly archived for future reference.
Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and improve sales outcomes.
Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or minimum 1 year experience in a similar field)
Proven track record in sales, customer service, or related roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
