Senior Client Executive/Team Leader
Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Client Executive/Team Leader. The Senior Client Executive or Team Leader will be reporting to the Manager – Corporate and Trust Services. The candidate will be proactively managing a portfolio of client files.
Main duties
- Proficient administration of portfolio of clients including but not limited to Global Business Corporations, Authorized Companies, Trusts, Foundations, Investment Dealer Licences.
- Build-up/maintain relationship with clients, respond to their queries and provide appropriate information and advice in timely manner.
- Administer a portfolio of trust and foundation structures, holding portfolio and non-portfolio assets. Manage relationships with settlors/founders, beneficiaries, protectors, council members, and their advisors, investment managers and other third parties, delivering prompt and a high level of service.
- Lead team members, ensuring relevant workload is reviewed, organized and allocated appropriately to meet target deadlines and quality metrics (For Team Leader role).
- Assisting in the incorporation of new structures (be familiar with FSC One Platform and CBRIS) and bank account opening process.
- Handle transfer-in and transfer-out of entities to/from other MC/jurisdictions; conversion and re-domiciliation of entities.
- Carrying out regular due diligence exercise on clients and ensure payments review compliance as per the Company policy and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, under guidelines of the Compliance Officer.
- Prepare and circulate Board/Committee Papers for Board/Committee Meetings and finalising of their minutes.
- Convening and attending Board and Shareholders’ meetings.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external parties.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks, carry out duties including managing projects and delegated responsibilities.
- Any other related duties that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Undergraduate or Degree holder in relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position within a Management Company for Senior Client Executive role. Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in administering a portfolio of trust and foundation structures.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a Management Company for the Team Leader role. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in administering a portfolio of trust and foundation structures.
- Good knowledge of Legal & Regulatory framework.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
