About the Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Bartender to support our culinary team at our two resorts in Mauritius. This role focuses on ensuring clients are always satisfied.

Your Role and Who You Are

We are looking for Senior Bartenders to become an integral part of our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will:

• Create and serve a variety of beverages with excellence and in accordance with our menu and guest preferences.
• • Engage guests, creating a memorable and personalized bar experience.
• • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and related areas.
• • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service standards.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for hospitality, basic mixology, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. You should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
