The Senior Administrator will be expected to:
- Take primary responsibility for the timely delivery of administration services to your portfolio of companies and Trusts.
- Take primary responsibility for the timely delivery of all incorporation of companies of your portfolio.
- Ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained for all client structures within the portfolio and within the respective company and Trust files.
- Ensure turnaround time relating to client correspondence and incorporation is as short as possible.
- Attend client meetings when required and ensure preparation of relevant meeting material and minutes.
- Ensure that outstanding review points of the previous meetings are dealt with within the set time frame.
- Preparation and review of daily client payments for your portfolio to ensure correctness, completeness and compliance.
- Assist in annual reviews are diligently dealt with within your portfolio and all action points / step plans following detailed review of the files are dealt with to protect both ourselves and from a compliance, risk and good governance perspective.
- Follow the correct procedures and controls throughout the life of a structure.
- Review Junior staff work.
- Liase with Regulatory bodies on behalf of client, FSC ROC, EDB, MRA.
- Compliance and Regulation
- Maintain an awareness of the legal and regulatory framework both in Mauritius and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Understand and apply the Company’s compliance policies and procedures in respect of sanctions, AML and Anti-Bribery. Report suspicious transactions and complaints in accordance with the procedures and guide colleagues accordingly.
- Be well versed with the Mauritius Companies Act, Financial Services Commission Guidelines and Regulations.
- At least 5 year Senior administrator experience in a Management Company
- Holds a Degree or equivalent qualification
- Have served as a DMLRO or officer approved by the FSC before
