Senior Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer

The company is looking for a dynamic Senior Accounts Officer. The job incumbent shall work in collaboration with the Accountant regarding all finance & accounting activities. Location: Baie du Tombeau

Main responsibilities:
-         Debtors control
-         Creditors control
-         Bank reconciliation
-         Processing of accounting transactions in ERP
-         Ensuring ERP is up to date and reconciled
-         Preparation/filing of VAT/CSG/TDS/CTAX…and other statutory returns
-         Preparation of monthly management accounts
-         Preparation of management and performance reports
-         Assist in audit exercise
-         Assist in preparation of financial statements, audit schedules
-         Any other tasks as may be assigned
