Senior Accounts Officer

Alpha Facilities Group is looking for an experienced individual in the field of accounting and taxation. The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Management Acounts
• Manage Cash Flow
• Prepare Audit Files
• Liaise with Auditors during audits
• Prepare Financial reports for Management, Variance Analysis, KPI, Ratio Analysis
• Attend MRA queries
• Prepare Statutory Filings
• Prepare Annual Budget Forecast
• Ensure that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards and related governemnt requirements

Experience requirement

• Minimum 3 Years experience in similar post
• Experience in audit will be an advantage

• Accounting degree/ Acca Level 2 or any equivalent qualification
• Computer literate - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and features relevant to data analysis and financial reporting.
• In depth Knowledge of accepted accounting practices,statutory return and balance sheet reconciliation
