Segments & CVM Manager
As the Segments & Customer Value Management, reporting directly to the Group Head of Retail and Products, you will enhance customer engagement and value through strategic development and management of customer segments and value propositions across the group. This role is key in driving customer loyalty and maximizing lifetime value through tailored propositions and targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Group-wide Premier Proposition
- Central Management of Customer Value Propositions (CVP) for the markets
- Develop CVM Models in Partnership with Data & Analytics (D&A)
- Support Markets with Tactical Campaigns to Drive Customer Activity and Value
- Manage Group-wide Rewards & Loyalty Programs
Qualifications & Experience
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of working experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer value management, marketing, or related roles.
- Familiarity with the financial services or retail banking industry.
- Experience in developing customer value management models.
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading teams with an open and collaborative working style.
