Sample and Development coordinator

Ferney Spinning Mills is looking for a versatile and innovative ,hardworking individual to join its team as Sample and Development coordinator.

•  Development of new samples and sample yarn responsibility
•  Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new samples
•  Conducting quality checks and assessments on new developments

• Textile Background: A strong understanding of textile materials, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Mix and Match Skills: Proficiency in Fiber shade matching .
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sample development or a related field within the textile industry.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with textile dyeing and matching and production techniques.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues in sample matching and find effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
