Sales and Reservation Officer

La Vallée Des Couleurs Nature Park is looking for a talented Sales and Reservation Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling all inquiries from our agents as assigned (incl. quotations, packages, etc.)
• Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Tour Operators
• Make reservations. 
• Prepare documents i.e. vouchers, etc.
• Handling all the amendments on current reservation through backend.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the company’s services.
• Accountable for high volume replying email & phone calls
• Perform cognite duties
