Job Overview:
The Sales and Application Specialist will be responsible in strengthening customer relationship, delivering expert training and ensuring seamless product integration. This role drives customer satisfaction and loyalty while creating new opportunities for collaboration and growth. By aligning technical expertise with customer needs and supporting sales efforts, the specialist enhances adoption, expands market presence, and contributes directly to business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Promote and sell diagnostic products and solutions to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  • Customer Training & Support: Conduct product demonstrations and provide application training to customers along with customers’ support in understanding the technical features and benefits of our diagnostic solutions.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Additionally provide excellent post-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and ongoing training with customer needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage installations, including validation and testing of instruments and protocols with feedback to internal teams for product improvement and future development.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the medical diagnostics industry to offer customers the best solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, Biomedical engineering, or a related technical field (e.g., medical technology).
  • Experience: Proven experience in application support, technical sales, or a clinical/scientific role, ideally within the diagnostics or laboratory industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals confidently and persuasively.
  • Sales Aptitude: Strong sales acumen, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving sales success.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of scientific and diagnostic equipment, including usage and troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned region and attend training sessions or conferences when necessary.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the territory.
