Taylor Smith Equipment Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new customers through outdoor sales activities such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, address customer concerns, and provide valuable feedback on market trends.
- Expand the client database by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or any related field.
- Experience in warehousing sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of sales process and dynamics
- Customer service orientated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Good soft skills, including ability to create and sustain relationship with clients.
- Computer literate with Microsoft application such as word, excel etc…
- Able to work under pressure.
