Emcar is hiring a highly professional and dedicated Sales Representative - Spare Parts
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for spare parts sales.
- Contact and engage with customers to understand their spare parts needs and requirements.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing and technical specifications to customers. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to different stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalise sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to spare parts.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and industry events to promote spare parts sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and handling complaints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-development.
- Perform related clerical duties involving elementary accounting with the responsibility for accurate maintenance of all stores operation records.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by After Sales Manager and/or Management.
Qualification & Experience:
- SC / HSC or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Exccellent verbal and written communication skills - English & French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge on CRM systems
- Valid driving license (motorcycle)
- Clean Certificate of Character is a must
