Junior Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator or Junior Project Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in project management or civil engineering.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project reports as required by the Project Development Manager.

• Monitor project development, ensuring that team members execute their tasks effectively and on schedule.

• Provide accurate financial reports and budget summaries to executive leadership.

• Coordinate project setup by ensuring all necessary tools and resources are in place prior to commencement.

• Collaborate with the Project Development Manager to plan and review material and equipment deliveries.

• Evaluate project progress to ensure adherence to company standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Organize and participate in pre-construction meetings with internal teams and external clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support the Project Department and align with their needs and expectations.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Project Management or Civil Engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated drive to innovate and take ownership of projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as SketchUp.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, estimate time requirements, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and technical skills.

• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
