📍 Location: Royal Road, Grand Gaube
🕒 Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing supermarket sales operations, driving growth in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector, and overseeing merchandiser performance. This role is integral to ensuring product visibility, availability, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supermarket Sales:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket buyers.
    • Negotiate promotions, shelf space, and display agreements.
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
    • Ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
  2. HORECA Sales:
    • Identify and establish new accounts with HORECA clients.
    • Build relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
    • Promote products through demonstrations and tastings.
  3. Merchandiser Management:
    • Supervise and train merchandisers to meet brand standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate merchandiser performance.
  4. Sales Strategy and Reporting:
    • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports.
    • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
  5. Brand Representation:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in FMCG or food sectors.
    • Proven success with supermarket or HORECA accounts.
    • Experience managing merchandisers (advantageous).
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems like Odoo is a plus.
    • Leadership and analytical skills.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
    • Willingness to travel locally.
  • Additional: Valid driving licence required.
