Salary: MUR 51,000 - 75,000 per month (Mauritius Rupees)

We are a leading manufacturing of Lubricants in Africa seeking an experienced French speaking Sales Officer/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, appointing distributors, and maintaining relationships in West African countries.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Appoint distributors for our products in West African countries
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Travel frequently to West African countries to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in French (written and spoken), Basic English language is must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate or travel frequently to West African countries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
