AGREX Limited is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join its team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the growth strategy of the company by creating and developing long-term relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist clients with product queries including features, benefits and usage.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical support for product-related issues, providing after-sales support and guidance.
  • Process client orders accurately ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated.
  • Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of orders, client interactions and sales activities.
  • Monitor stock levels, preparing regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and industry developments to enhance client communication.
  • Liaise with local authorities for coordinating specimen test and collection of results.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in agro-supply products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Valid driving license required.
