Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing presentations, and closing deals. Maintain records, track performance, and collaborate with teams to meet targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, maintaining client records, and organizing documents.
- Assist in scheduling sales meetings, client calls, and events, ensuring the sales team is aligned and organized.
- Coordinate follow-up actions, ensure timely responses to clients, and track progress toward sales goals.
- Help in managing incoming leads, directing them to the appropriate sales executive, and ensuring follow-ups are done promptly.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., reservations, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales efforts.
- Prepare and send out sales presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Ensure that sales team have the necessary materials and information for client meetings or calls.
- Assist in the coordination of events, including conferences, meetings, and weddings, by ensuring all details are organized and communicated to the relevant teams.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze data to provide insights into sales performance.
- Monitor sales targets and provide regular updates on progress to the sales manager or director.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence to support the sales strategy.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to repeat business.
- Update and maintain the client database, ensuring that all contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure that important sales documents and client communications are stored correctly for future reference.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with the hotel's goals and market conditions.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, and attending networking events. Monitor industry trends to spot potential clients.
