- Planning and prioritizing sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims • Assisting in the implementation of the sales and marketing plans of ICL • Updates KPI list and ensures targets are met
Contacting existing clients to market new product/service
- Scheduling meetings with client representatives to market product and services of companies
- Maintaining a portfolio of clients by inputting client’s profiles and updates
- Promoting ICL products and services to all existing accounts and generate new prospective customers
- Performing product demonstration or service presentation at clients
- Responding to queries from clients regarding product/service
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager in product promotion campaigns and events
- Creates effective communication channels to ensure that vision, mission & objectives are cascaded down in the organization
Assists Sales & Marketing Manager in coordinating Events
The job holder should ideally possess:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- excellent knowledge in IT and new technology trends
- excellent communication, managerial and analytical skills
- good computer literacy
excellent written and spoken English and French
