Join Our Sales Team in Mauritius – Fluent German Speaking Sales Development Representative

Are you a fluent (native-level) German speaker with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy engaging with people? We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team based in the North of Mauritius.

As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for initiating contact with potential clients in the DACH region, coordinating meetings, and helping build strong pipelines for our senior sales executives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, self-motivated, and eager to grow their career in sales.

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in German (spoken and written) – essential
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• A relevant Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or similar qualification is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus

 Job Description:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the DACH region
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed weekly KPIs and targets
• Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
• Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and training
