Customer Service Agent – English Speaking (Part-Time, Remote)
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Agent. This role requires strong written and spoken English skills, as you'll be communicating regularly with English-speaking clients via phone and chat. A high level of fluency and professionalism in English is essential.
Position Details:
Part-Time Role with two shift options:
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Mandatory training will take place over 3 days, from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Key Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills – this is crucial, as you will be handling phone calls and tickets communications with UK-based customers.
Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally involving multi-channel support (calls, tickets, chat).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm, clear, and empathetic under pressure.
A quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work.
