Indoor Salesperson
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers,
- Provide accurate information to walk-in customers',
- Take prospects details and send to sales associates,
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients,
- Presents and promote the company`s product,
- Respond to customer queries and ensure that their concerns, if any, are resolved in a timely manner and according to company procedures,
- Reporting visitors` trends, and perform any other cognate duties.
Preferred Skills
- Effective verbal and written communications skills,
- Strong & pleasant personality and well groomed,
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise,
- Attention to details,
- Organised, self-motivated,
- Ability to work under pressure and effect multi tasks.
Additional Note
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Deliver and maintain good working relation with customers.
- Valid Driving License (Optional).
Shift:
Mondays to Thursdays
- 1st shift – 09hrs30 to 18hrs30
- 2nd Shift – 12hrs00 to 21hrs00
Fridays to Saturdays
- 1st shift – 09hrs30 to 18hrs30
- 2nd Shift – 13hrs00 to 22hrs00
Sundays & Public Holidays
- 1st shift – 09hrs30 to 17hrs00
- 2nd shift – Off
