Our client in the advertising sector is seeking to recruit a Sales Admin Support who will report to the Sales and Operations Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales team in providing customer service with clerical and administrative duties, like answering current and prospective customers' queries.
  • Managing schedules for the Sales Account Managers.
  • Maintain and update database of customers, sales report and work closely with different departments.
Profile:

  • HSC or Diploma in Sales or Business Administration.
  • 1 year experience in sales position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
  • Being a Team Player with a great personality is a requisite.
