Our client in the advertising sector is seeking to recruit a Sales Admin Support who will report to the Sales and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales team in providing customer service with clerical and administrative duties, like answering current and prospective customers' queries.
- Managing schedules for the Sales Account Managers.
- Maintain and update database of customers, sales report and work closely with different departments.
Profile:
- HSC or Diploma in Sales or Business Administration.
- 1 year experience in sales position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
- Being a Team Player with a great personality is a requisite.
