Main Duties:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to sales inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process trade counter sales.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quotes, and follow-up.
- Communicate with customers verbally or by mail to update them on their orders.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the team by maintaining and updating records in our CRM system and handle administrative tasks.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
HSC or equivalent qualification.
2 years of experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
IT literate.
