Driving Sales Growth of the company’s Telecommunication and Security Solutions
Main Responsibilities:
- New business development and account management for two-way radio communication and security solutions.
- Lead generation and customer acquisition through sales activities such as cold calling, email prospecting, social selling and networking.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new businesses.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations and contracts for customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver customised solutions that meet the unique needs of customers.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations & trainings to customers.
- Develop & maintain profitable business relationships with all clients.
- Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training and self-learning.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM.
Skill and Competencies
- At least a diploma in business, communication, sales or any other related field.
- At least 3 years business-to-business experience in the telecommunication and/or security sector.
- Good knowledge of the telecommunication industry, local market dynamics and competitive environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
- Holder of a valid Certificate of Character (Morality Certificate) and driving licence.
Remuneration
The position will be remunerated on the basis of your relevant work experience and qualifications.
