Client Service Representative

We are looking for a proactive and customer-driven Customer Service Representative to be the face of our frontline team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service, addressing inquiries and processing policies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and engage walk-in clients to propose our wide range of insurance products, including car, home, health, and travel insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
• Utilize strategic and efficient approaches to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
• Follow procedures and processes meticulously to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and industry trends.

 Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be multi-tasking.
• Good written and oral skills in English and French.
• Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
