STOCK CONTROLLER

PNL Logistics Ltd is looking for a Stock Controller for its Warehouse.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff.
• Analysing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
• Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
• Performing regular stock checks, cycle counting and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensuring records match physical stock through audits and reconciliations.
• Identifying and investigating discrepancies between system records and actual stock.
• Using inventory management software or ERP systems to record and update stock data.
• Generating reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends.
• Performing regular stock counts (cycle counting or full inventory audits).
• Maintaining proper documentation for audits or inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
• Ability to work at flexible hours.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• IT literate with Strong Excel skills& Hands on experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
