Room Service Attendant

Do you take pride in delivering excellent service and ensuring patients are well cared for? C-Care Wellkin is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Room Service Attendant to join our team!

• Tray Check: Verify that the food ordered is correct, ensure it includes everything requested, and is ready for delivery.
• Serve Patients: Place trays in trolleys, deliver meals to patients, and ensure they have everything they need.
• Clear Trays: Remove any leftover food or trays after patients have finished eating.
• Assist Patients: Explain meal options and answer any questions about the food being served.
• Work Closely with Teams: Coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workstation neat and ensure hygiene standards are followed in all service areas

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar position.
• Education: At least a secondary education with good communication skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in both English and French.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and eager to help.
• Grooming: Well-presented with a neat and professional appearance.
• Training: We will provide on-the-job training to ensure you succeed!
