Proficiency in Point of sale software,inventory.
Assist in planning regular and special event Menu
Coaches team on how to exceed Guest expectation
Taking Ownership of issues or tasks and also give detail update of the Resident manager & the general manager
Brainstorming and implemanting event plans and conceots
Handling post-event report
Liaising and negotiating with vendors
Plan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraints
Candidate must be fluent in english and fench.
A third language will be advantageous.
Minimum five years of experience in similar position
