- Monitor daily performance and manage revenue through revenue and yield management techniques.
- Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the processes are followed.
- Maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual customers, and building strong relationship with them.
- Managing room inventory
- Creating reservation files on HMS (Property Management System) using appropriate market segments and rate codes.
- Responding to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all bookings are completed accurately to the customer’s needs.
- To ensure that all sales enquiries are dealt with in a proactive manner, and converted to confirmed bookings.
- To ensure that all incoming and outgoing correspondence is dealt with correctly and efficiently.
- Taking and managing all bedrooms enquiries and bookings for the hotel, over the telephone, internet, and e-mails.
- To ensure that a pro forma invoice is sent to all partners which are on pre-payment
- To ensure that the follow up is done with regards to pre payment. To contact all partners ensuring that payment is made on a timely manner
- Follow up with the accounts team for all payment reference.
- Communicate with the Reservations Team while ensuring that all comments are updated on the bookings that pre payment has been effected.
