Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure the sensory quality of our products remains top-tier.

Conduct trials on innovative recipes to refine and perfect our offerings.

Lead & coordinate product development execution projects

Troubleshoot processes to maintain the highest standards of product quality.

Collaborate across various departmental tasks to foster ongoing innovation and improvement

Report directly to the Product Development Coordinator, contributing to our team’s overall success.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Previous experience in laboratory testing, scientific research, or industrial production is a plus.

 

Skills:

Highly organized, with the ability to adapt and stay agile in a constantly evolving environment.

A curious and determined problem solver, with strong analytical skills.

Self-driven and able to manage priorities and deadlines efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
