Recovery Officer

Join us as a Recovery Officer! You'll verify recovery letters, update statuses, handle queries, and settle claims. Organize insurer meetings, process payments, and meet targets. If you’re detail-oriented, efficient, and ready to provide excellent service, we’d love to have you on our team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Verify Recovery letters/General letters prepared by trainees.
• Proper updating of Recovery status on Recovery Module.
• Attend to customer queries and provide assistance within KPI.
• Reply to Third party queries within KPI.
• Assess and Settle Third party claims within KPI.
• Arrange monthly meetings with all Third-Party Insurance Companies.
• Process cheques received from TPI within KPI.
• Achieve monthly targets in terms of Recovery.
• Prepare documents and statistics as and when required.
• Initiate litigation actions before Court/MVIAC.
• Reply to MVIAC/Court queries within KPI.
• Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
• Any other cognate duties that might be assigned to you in your course of employment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum HSC or a first degree will be an advantage.
• A minimum 2 years of proven experience in the position.
• ACII or any relevant courses pertaining to the insurance sector will be an advantage.
