Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify Recovery letters/General letters prepared by trainees.
- Proper updating of Recovery status on Recovery Module.
- Attend to customer queries and provide assistance within KPI.
- Reply to Third party queries within KPI.
- Assess and Settle Third party claims within KPI.
- Arrange monthly meetings with all Third-Party Insurance Companies.
- Process cheques received from TPI within KPI.
- Achieve monthly targets in terms of Recovery.
- Prepare documents and statistics as and when required.
- Initiate litigation actions before Court/MVIAC.
- Reply to MVIAC/Court queries within KPI.
- Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
- Any other cognate duties that might be assigned to you in your course of employment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC or a first degree will be an advantage.
- A minimum 2 years of proven experience in the position.
- ACII or any relevant courses pertaining to the insurance sector will be an advantage.
