RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to guest complaints in a professional manner at all times and record all relevant information;
• Welcome all guests upon arrival according to Hotel standards;
• Ensure that the check-in forms are correctly filled;
• Take pre authorization for direct guests;
• Sorting and filling of guests’ bills from the outlets;
• Clearing out the dockets of the check out guests;
• Always use the correct standard to answer the telephone;
• Promote the hotel facilities efficiently;
• Ensure all special requests on the arrival list are being action and followed up;
• Assist guest with foreign exchange by adhering the hotel policies and country laws;
• Constantly liaise with all the Hotel’s departments to ensure smooth running of the operations;
• Ensure that all departure billing instructions is followed;
• Any other cognate duties as delegated by Front Office Manager.
