A professional, and organized individual to join Kasa Textile team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the person will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to handling a variety of office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, provide general information, transfer calls, and take messages when necessary.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Ensure that schedules are maintained accurately.
• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Customer Service: Address client and visitor inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and common spaces.
• Maintain Security Protocols: Ensure that all visitors sign in and follow office security procedures.
• Any other related tasks as and when required by HOD
Qualifications:
• School Certificate or High school Certificate or equivalent required; additional administrative or office management training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk, or administrative assistant preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Word, excel, etc.) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with phone systems and appointment scheduling software.
