As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are available in the right stores, at the right times, and in the appropriate quantities. Your efforts will directly impact our sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide each retail outlet with an optimal stock level and ensure proper product allocation/follow-up
- Monitor and analyze KPI’s by retail outlets to develop strategies
- Coordinate and ensure effective planning distribution of different collections in retail outlets
- Set up and follow the planning flow in collaboration with the logistic and retail departments
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Textile or a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Merchandiser.
- Strong fabric knowledge, particularly in jersey and/or woven materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong mathematical skills are essential.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A passion for fashion and deep understanding of industry trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work extra hours when necessary.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
