To be responsible of entries of the stock items such as Food, Beverages, Printing & Stationary, Chemicals, Cleaning & Guest supplies.
- To ensure that all the receiving for the stores are well documented as per hotel policy.
- To ensure that receiving area kept in order and clean at all times.
- To control the quality and quantity of the items received by the hotel and ensures that the benefits of the hotel is well protected.
- To participate with all accounting team to do the physical inventory of the stores every end of the month.
- To work very closely with other Supervisor or Department Heads related to his/ her job such as Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, Purchasing Manager & Cost ControlleR
- Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with hotel colleagues.
- Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
- Performs any additional duties as directed by supervisors.
- Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language
- Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
- Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local Law.
