The Quality & Environment Coordinator ensures ISO 9001 compliance, drives digital transformation, standardizes document formatting, and promotes H&S. They monitor and reduce the company’s carbon footprint, aligning operations with sustainability goals while enhancing efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digitalization Implementation
- Lead the implementation of digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process automation solutions to streamline workflows.
- Ensure proper training and adoption of digital solutions across teams.
2. Quality Management & ISO 9001 Implementation
- Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits for certification and compliance.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans for continuous improvement.
3. Sustainability & Carbon Footprint Reduction
- Develop strategies to monitor and reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
- Implement energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend sustainability improvements.
- Promote awareness and best practices for sustainability within the organization.
4. Standardization of Documents & Communication
- Ensure uniform formatting for all company documents, including:
- Quotations
- Reports
- PowerPoint presentations
- Email signatures
- Tenders and proposals
- Maintain branding consistency across all corporate communications
5. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure Health & Safety policies are implemented and followed across all sites.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and awareness programs on workplace safety.
