The Quality & Environment Coordinator ensures ISO 9001 compliance, drives digital transformation, standardizes document formatting, and promotes H&S. They monitor and reduce the company’s carbon footprint, aligning operations with sustainability goals while enhancing efficiency and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Digitalization Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process automation solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Ensure proper training and adoption of digital solutions across teams.

2. Quality Management & ISO 9001 Implementation

  • Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits for certification and compliance.
  • Develop corrective and preventive action plans for continuous improvement.

3. Sustainability & Carbon Footprint Reduction

  • Develop strategies to monitor and reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
  • Implement energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend sustainability improvements.
  • Promote awareness and best practices for sustainability within the organization.

4. Standardization of Documents & Communication

  • Ensure uniform formatting for all company documents, including:
    • Quotations
    • Reports
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Email signatures
    • Tenders and proposals
    • Maintain branding consistency across all corporate communications

5. Health & Safety Compliance

 

  • Ensure Health & Safety policies are implemented and followed across all sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Provide training and awareness programs on workplace safety.
  • Ensure compliance with local H&S regulations and company policies
