To develop and update quality standards as well guidelines. Provide monitoring, consulting and training services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conducts frequent quality spot-checks within all Departments (Administrative service and Public areas with regards to administrative procedures, hygiene, storage and service quality to ensure that SOPs and quality compliance are adhered to.
- Determines root causes of non-adherence to quality standards set by the Hotel and proposes solutions to Superiors.
- Tabulates and comments/scores of guest questionnaire(s) and prepare reports for analysis.
- Public Speaking/ delivers trainings.
- Experience in the Training field will be a definte advantage.
