We are currently looking for a reliable Quality Officer who will have the following job responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Quality Manager (QM) and Head of Department
- Plan and conduct internal audits
- Conduct supplier audits
- Prepare and distribute audit reports
- Update audit report and corrective actions on system
- Make follow-up of corrective actions status according to deadlines
- Make investigation of non-conformities and conduct root cause analysis
- Prepare reports for the Quality department
- Review, update and distribute quality documents
- Assist process owners in the creation of procedures
- Filing of quality documents
- Coordinate, organise and follow up of quality control tests with external suppliers and site manager
- Take and prepare minutes of Quality meetings
- Coordinate and conduct quality meetings
- Participate in process performance projects
- Participate in sustainable development projects
- Conduct Quality control processes on site
- Comply with company and quality policies and procedures
- Conduct quality training
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Professional qualification; Degree or equivalent will constitute an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good organizational skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Advanced level in Office tools such as Excel and Word
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic and motivated
- Problem Solving skills
- Attention to detail & good level of concentration.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment.
