The Proshop Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers in the Golf Club retail shop and helping in other areas as needed. Deliver an exceptional and luxury golfing experience in all parts of the operation to all our guests and members on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily control and in managing Golf tee sheets reservation including Clubs rentals, Golf Shoes.
Serves customers in the pro shop and supervises inventory control.
Professionally selling merchandise and anticipating the needs of customers in offering appropriate merchandise solutions.
Becoming fully knowledgeable on all products and sales techniques.
Assist in billing / cashiering for sold items and equipment
Ensuring that the display area is fully stocked and is clean and orderly at all times.
Merchandise must be symmetrically packed on the shelves in a way that sizes are easily identifiable.
Stock take on a monthly basis or as required
This position will may sometimes be required to steps in and helps out in any area requested by the supervisor / Senior Management
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent oral/verbal communication in English and French with very good posture
Courteous, proactive and dedicated with excellent customers service skills
Has ambition to succeed, demonstrating his/her willingness to work and learn.
Demonstrates an ability to continuously produce good work in a timely manner, which is accurate and complete, in a fast-paced environment.
