We seek an experienced SMB Sales Representative to drive regional market growth, deliver customized security solutions, and manage end-to-end project execution.

 

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 🌍 Market Development & Project Management

    • Uncover and analyze regional customer needs and market trends to identify exciting business opportunities.

    • Create and implement effective sales strategies that drive project success by coordinating both internal and external resources.

    • Lead the entire bidding process, ensuring smooth contract execution and timely payment collection to meet and exceed targets.

  2. 💡 Solution & Technical Support

    • Provide tailored product solutions to customers, conduct impactful product demos, and resolve any technical inquiries with expertise.

    • Fully understand customer requirements and collaborate closely with teams to enhance product offerings based on valuable feedback.

    • Partner with technical teams to offer seamless pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  3. 🛠️ Key Competencies

    • Proven ability to independently develop regional markets and uncover new business prospects.

    • Strong skills in cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration, bringing teams together to achieve goals.

    • Capable of executing ad-hoc assignments with precision and efficiency, adapting quickly to changing business needs.

    • Willingness to undertake frequent travel to surrounding island countries to engage with customers and drive growth.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education:

  • Degree in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Network Communication.

🛠️ Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong self-motivation to succeed.

  • Deep understanding of security, image processing, computer networks, and sales solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to new challenges with ease.

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the CCTV industry, with a proven track record of success in market development and project management.
