Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR operations at the shop level, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and retail standards.
• Coordinate and monitor staff schedules, attendance, and leave management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Implement training and development initiatives to upskill staff and enhance team performance.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports.

• Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and people-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Office tools.
